Capstone Physical Therapy is an outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy clinic. Our mission is to provide therapy services with integrity, compassion and excellence in an environment that is encouraging and enjoyable. We strive to equip our patients with the tools to return to previous function and encourage healthy active lifestyles. We are able to do this by providing skilled therapy services and working together with our patients to restore their health.
